Feadship Shines at the 2025 World Superyacht Awards: A Celebration of Innovation and Design
Feadship has made waves at the 2025 World Superyacht Awards, earning two prestigious honors during the event held on May 3 in the picturesque city of Venice. The awards recognized Feadship’s exceptional craftsmanship in both yacht innovation and restoration.
Celebrating Excellence: The Award-Winning Yacht B
The 59.5-meter yacht B triumphed in the Displacement Motor Yachts category for vessels between 500GT and 1499GT. Judges were captivated by the yacht’s impressive execution and its strong focus on privacy, sustainability, and wellness features.

Luxury Features That Impress
With the owner closely involved throughout the build, B includes a private apartment, a cinema lounge, a massage room, and five distinct dining areas. Excitingly, it’s also Feadship’s first yacht equipped with integrated solar panels and an electric propulsion system, paving the way for quieter and more efficient cruising.
The Stunning Refurbishment of Samadhi
In addition to the award for B, Feadship received a Judges’ Commendation for the stunning transformation of the 60.96-meter yacht Samadhi (originally launched in 2006 as April Fool). Over a six-month period, this vessel was reimagined into a modern charter yacht, featuring a luxurious swimming pool, a spa complete with an ice bath, a DJ setup, and a revamped lazarette turned beach club and toy garage.
The comprehensive project, in collaboration with Luxury Projects, included a full electrical overhaul, significantly boosting energy efficiency. Judges were particularly impressed with how the blend of preservation and innovation made Samadhi feel like a brand-new yacht.
