Sparkle and Style: The Beda’a Angles Mecaline Diamond Edition
You’ve likely never realized just how captivating diamonds can be until you laid eyes on the stunning Beda’a Angles Mecaline Diamond Edition. Now that you’re intrigued, what’s next? First, you need to decide between the chic Black and the elegant Warm Gray versions, both beautifully adorned with a bezel and lugs set with 1.1 carats of shimmering diamonds. Then, you’ll want to ensure that the price of approximately US$5,353 (excluding taxes) fits your budget. If it does, the next challenge is acquiring one of these exquisite timepieces, which isn’t as straightforward as it may seem due to their immense popularity and the limited production of just a few pieces each quarter.
At Fratello, we’ve been fans of the handsome Beda’a Angles Mecaline since we first laid eyes on it. The mechanical versions are a perfect evolution of the quartz series introduced in the latter part of 2024. Now, almost two years later, the Diamond Edition makes its debut in two versions. Both designs are striking and align perfectly with today’s trend, where flashy dress watches steal the spotlight. Which one catches your eye more—the Black or the Warm Gray? I’ll be honest: I’m having a tough time choosing.
Introducing the Dazzling Beda’a Angles Mecaline Diamond Edition
Beda’a takes elegance to a whole new level with the Diamond Edition, perfect for the growing trend of elegant watches. Both Angles Mecaline Diamond Edition watches boast the same proportions as their non-diamond counterparts. The movement remains unchanged—a hand-wound ETA 7001 that offers around 42 hours of power reserve. This choice is based not only on reliability and maintenance ease but also on availability and cost.
Unlike the standard models, these diamond-encrusted variants don’t feature an Espom leather strap. Beda’a opted for something more luxurious: the Black and Warm Gray editions come with black and maroon alligator leather straps, respectively. A fitting choice for such exquisite pieces!
Let Those Diamonds Shine
While the dazzling diamonds grab your attention, the original’s minimalist aesthetic remains intact. You won’t find hour markers on the dial, but there is a charming sub-seconds register at 6 o’clock. This sub-dial features a sector style combined with either a semi-matte sunray or a glossy circular finish, adding depth to the overall design.
The distinct shape of the Angles Mecaline, coupled with its minimalist design, unique dial colors, and dazzling diamonds, continues to impress the Fratello team with its contemporary appeal. Who would have thought that just a year ago, many of us would be contemplating wearing diamond watches?
After exploring the two stunning versions of the Beda’a Angles Mecaline Diamond Edition, are you now considering adding a diamond-set watch to your collection? We’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!
