Singer Reimagined DualTrack: The Ultimate GMT Watch for Modern Adventurers
As the highly anticipated Watches and Wonders event approaches, some brands choose to make headlines early with stunning timepiece releases. One watch I’m particularly eager to see in person this week is the new Singer Reimagined DualTrack. For any traveler or watch enthusiast, nothing beats the functionality of a GMT complication. I’ve traveled to several countries recently—USA, Canada, Thailand, and Japan—and having a watch that keeps track of multiple time zones has proven invaluable. Plus, with colleagues scattered across the globe, a GMT watch helps me manage our different working hours effortlessly.
What Makes the Singer Reimagined DualTrack Unique
Hailing from Geneva, Singer Reimagined excels in reimagining traditional watch complications. The DualTrack embodies the brand’s “form follows function” philosophy, tailored for today’s interconnected watch lovers. By enhancing Singer’s chronograph prowess, this watch focuses on effectively tracking time in different locations—making it a perfect choice for those who frequently navigate across time zones.
Dual-Time Complication: Features at a Glance
The Singer Reimagined DualTrack features a dual-time complication highlighted by a peripheral 24-hour disc alongside a freshly developed four-barrel manual-winding movement boasting a remarkable six-day power reserve. The local time displays in the center through classic hour, minute, and seconds hands, while the 24-hour disc presents the time for another location, with an eye-catching orange indicator at 6 o’clock. A convenient corrector on the left side of the case allows the user to adjust the disc in one-hour increments with just a simple press.
Innovative Design Elements
The DualTrack features a 43mm stainless steel case with a sleek 15mm thickness and a water resistance rating of 100 meters. Its technical yet refined aesthetic is achieved with contrasting circular brushing and polished chamfers. The watch showcases openworked lugs, reminiscent of the looks from the Divetrack and DLS collections. A domed sapphire crystal with antireflective coating ensures optimal readability, while the exhibition case back displays the intricate movement within. This luxurious timepiece is secured with a sturdy black openworked rubber strap and a stainless-steel folding clasp.
A Stunning Dial
Singer impressively outfits the dial in a luxurious velvet black while adding a subtle checkered pattern that pays homage to its motorsport heritage. A circular-brushed golden flange frames the display, showcasing the minute and seconds scale. The central hour and minute hands are rhodium-plated with orange Super-LumiNova and match the seconds hand beautifully. The handstack is adorned with a golden cabochon, delivering a unique touch.
To indicate the second time zone, the watch employs a rotating peripheral 24-hour disc, with an orange pointer at 6 o’clock that clearly denotes the current hour. Available in two striking color options—Meridian Green (reference SR511-3) and Horizon Red (reference SR511-4)—both are designed for maximum visibility with contrasting luminescent markings.
Powering the DualTrack: The Calibre-4 DT Movement
At the heart of the DualTrack lies the newly developed Calibre-4 Dual Time, a manually wound movement crafted exclusively for this model. This movement is based on the previous Calibre-4 Solotempo, which launched with the Caballero model in 2025. Operating at 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour), it boasts an impressive power reserve of six days. This extended autonomy is achieved through a unique four-barrel architecture, ensuring a stable energy flow. With 197 components, 39 jewels, and an accuracy rate of -4 to +6 seconds per day, the movement’s design focuses on delivering consistent performance throughout its power reserve.
First Impressions of the DualTrack
With recent launches such as the Heritage Collection Chronograph, the Caballero, and now the DualTrack, Singer is successfully appealing to a broader audience with a more “affordable” luxury segment. The DualTrack represents a significant evolution for the brand’s Calibre-4 movement launched last year. Singer’s CEO, Marco Borraccino, hinted that this movement would be the foundation for new complications. The GMT feature here is a fantastic addition, emphasizing practicality in everyday watchmaking while maintaining an alluring design.
Both color options—Horizon Red and Meridian Green—display Singer Reimagined’s established design aesthetic beautifully, and I’m excited to try them firsthand this week. Priced at CHF 22,500 (excluding VAT), the release is planned for June 2026.
